Common Threads is a national nonprofit that believes food is medicine. We aspire to build communities that embrace healthy cooking, healthy eating and the celebration of culture by providing children and families with hands-on cooking and nutrition education classes.

Common Threads provides in-person and virtual cooking and nutrition education programs to children, educators, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. We provide them with the resources, curriculum, and training needed to champion our mission within 10 markets across the U.S.
